It basically means that you will have to take apple cider vinegar twice a day throughout the course of your weight loss plan. When you wake up on the morning, you simply add a spoon of it to a glass of water- and then drink! Apparently the benefit of doing so is fantastic, it helps to burn your fat cells – and it has also has been proven to lower cholesterol and blood pressure. You will be able to eat what you usually do, and then in the nighttime you will have to take another spoon of the vinegar before going to bed. Because it contains a lot of sodium, always make sure to brush your teeth after taking it because the sodium properties inside the vinegar have strong chemicals that wear away tooth enamel, and let’s face it no weight loss plan is worth losing your pearly whites !
